Los Banditos Grappling Club in West London is one of the UK’s most exciting grappling gyms for serious competitors. Known for its sharp focus on competition training and producing high-level talent, the gym offers a welcoming but intense environment for anyone looking to push their grappling to the next level. Led by experienced coaches including Joe Lennon, Eoghan O’Flanagan, and Silviu Nastasa, classes at Los Banditos blend strong fundamentals with modern, competition-ready techniques. Whether you're preparing for your first tournament or aiming to compete on the international stage, you'll find high-quality training partners and coaching to match. What sets Los Banditos apart is its balance, structured, technical classes with a strong team spirit.
