Founded in 2013, Wave Brazilian Jiu Jitsu offers a welcoming environment for practitioners of all levels. Located in Chiswick, West London, the gym provides classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi and No-Gi), Wrestling, Muay Thai, and MMA. With a focus on community and accessibility, Wave BJJ caters to adults, teens, and children, emphasizing both self-defense and competitive aspects of martial arts.
