Fightzone London
Fightzone London has grown into one of East London’s busiest martial arts gyms. It started back in 2012 when black belt Marco Canha teamed up with James Roach and Cristina Sempere. The idea was simple: create a space where people from all walks of life could train together. Now it runs more than 150 classes a week, including BJJ, Muay Thai, boxing, wrestling, judo, and MMA. The gym’s fitted with a full boxing ring, large mats, and has a team of nearly 40 staff and coaches. What really sets Fightzone apart though is its focus on the community. They’ve built strong ties with local schools, councils, and partner organisations to make martial arts more accessible, whether someone’s aiming to compete or just looking to get fit.

Wave Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

With a focus on community and accessibility, Wave BJJ caters to adults, teens, and children, emphasizing both self-defense and competitive aspects of martial arts.

Led by experienced coaches including Joe Lennon, Eoghan O’Flanagan, and Silviu Nastasa, classes at Los Banditos blend strong fundamentals with modern, competition-ready techniques. Whether you're preparing for your first tournament or aiming to compete on the international stage, you'll find high-quality training partners and coaching to match.
