Chiu BJJ is a no-frills, practical Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu club based in Birmingham. Their mission, encapsulated by the slogans “Intelligence Over Strength, Strength Over Excuses, Belief Above All”, emphasises technique, mental resilience, and continuous progress.
