Are you interested in cross training? Are you visiting Birmingham or just moved? Do you want to meet new people and make like minded friends?
BOM is a fun, safe and welcoming space for all grapplers of all levels. Open mat does not mean battle ground, the space and time is free for you to use however you like, your first session is free so come and meet the community and get some productive time on the mats in.
About BOM | Birmingham Open Mat
BOM | Birmingham Open Mat is a community-run Jiu-Jitsu session that brings grapplers from gyms across Birmingham together for friendly, high-quality rounds. It’s not a coached class, just plenty of mat time for Gi and No-Gi, with partners of all sizes and experience levels. Visitors are welcome, the vibe is respectful and ego-free, and the focus is simple: get rounds in, test your game, and leave better than you arrived. Perfect for anyone who wants extra sparring outside their regular academy.
