About Flow Submission Grappling

We're a submission grappling/Brazilian Jiu Jitsu club based in Warrington. We have a morning/evening timetable and adult/junior program. If you're a seasoned competitor or just looking for a new challenge we've got classes to suit your needs in a welcoming environment. Check out our timetable and socials for more information. Drop ins welcome
