“Great place to train, and always receive a high level of teaching from coaches Kieran and Ryan who put a lot of effort into their classes. Have evening classes and also morning classes, and both will always have a range of levels on the mat including black and brown belts. Constantly have visitors of all levels drop in through the week, which is a testament to how welcoming everyone in the gym is. Great place to train. (Also can’t forget there’s a shower too, for extra bonus points)”
